TeeFinder is a comparison tool for golf tee times in Dubai. We aggregate information from golf courses and booking providers to help you find and compare options.

We are not a booking provider. When you click to book a tee time, you're redirected to the golf course's booking system (such as Viya Golf or Back9). Your booking contract is with them, not us.

We work hard to show accurate prices and availability, but we can't guarantee it. Here's why:

• Prices and availability come from third-party sources
• Data may be delayed or cached
• Courses can change prices at any time
• Tee times can be booked by others between when you see them and when you book

Always confirm the final price and availability on the booking provider's website before completing your reservation.

When you book a tee time through a link on TeeFinder:

• You're entering into an agreement with the booking provider, not TeeFinder
• Their terms and conditions apply to your booking
• Payment is handled entirely by them
• Cancellations, refunds, and disputes are between you and them

We're not responsible for any issues with your booking, including incorrect charges, cancellations, or course conditions.

TeeFinder is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee that:

• The service will be available at all times
• Information will be accurate, complete, or current
• The service will meet your specific needs
• Any errors will be corrected

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TeeFinder is not liable for any:

• Incorrect pricing or availability information
• Failed or problematic bookings
• Issues with golf courses or their services
• Loss of data or service interruptions
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

You use TeeFinder at your own risk.

When using TeeFinder, you agree not to:

• Scrape, copy, or automatically extract data from the site
• Attempt to access systems or data you're not authorized to access
• Interfere with or disrupt the service
• Use the service for any illegal purpose
• Impersonate others or provide false information

We reserve the right to block access to anyone who violates these terms.

The TeeFinder name, logo, and website design are our property. Course information, images, and logos belong to their respective owners.

You may not copy, modify, or distribute our content without permission.

We may update these terms at any time. When we do, we'll update the "Last updated" date at the top. Continued use of TeeFinder after changes means you accept the new terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Dubai.
